Rental and property management
The purpose of this 4-star project is ‘tourist apartment rental’. For this reason, you will be required to rent out the apartment(s) you have purchased and to this purpose you will need to sign an additional contract with Nazaré Canyon’s property management company. The rental contract facilitates the commercial capitalisation of the project as a whole. To this end, contracts will be arranged with well-known tour operators, for example Booking.com.
Potential extra value
The general popularity of Nazaré – which comes from its year-round events calendar including the ‘Big Wave Tour Event’ and year-round great surfing conditions – is expected to bring about a smooth start-up of apartment rental. Because of a very good rental forecast, based on the turnover achieved by providers of comparable apartments and on an independent feasibility study*, we project a revenue of 5% per annum. In doing so, Nazaré Canyon offers an exceptional property investment with potential extra value, with high rental and revenue over a period of 15 + 5 years. *Available upon request
Owner usage
There are 2 options for you to use your purchased property:
- You may rent your apartment (or another available apartment within the project) for a maximum of 4 weeks per year at special owners’ rate.
- You may rent your apartment (or another available apartment within the project) ‘last minute’ if it is available 7 days before your arrival.
