The apartments

The 4-star complex comprises 3 buildings with 36 apartments in total, varying in surface area from 43 to 76m2. There are 22 one-bedroom apartments (T1), 12 two-bedroom apartments (T2) and 2 penthouses. The different types of apartments that we offer meet with the requirements of the target groups, which is made up of families, small and large groups and individuals. Each building is individually accessible via a stairwell and with a lift. The buildings are connected by an underground car park with 36 parking spaces and a number of charging points for electric cars. All the apartments are fitted with a luxury kitchen, a modern bathroom and a specially designed and selected interior. Each is provided with a smart TV with an international TV channel pack and Wi-Fi, and all have their own parking space in the private underground car park, accessed via the lift.
